Tandoh has blown the whistle on a member of the MTN FA Cup Champions’ Board of Directors.

Tandor resigned as the rainbow family’s welfare manager last week after they won the MTN FA Cup at Baba Yara Sports Stadium; his resignation was attributed to board members Vincent Odotei and Alhaji Akanbi.

The former military officer was vehement in his criticism of Alhaji Akanbi and Vincent Odotei, two board members, he stated, “The reason for my resignation is based on the autocratic, undermining, intimidating, and continues lies of Mr. Vincent Sowah Odotei and Alhaji Imoro Braimah.”

When Commodore Mensah resigned from the Board of Accra Hearts of Oak in December 2015, the two Board Members were co-opted onto the board.

Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe’s comment on Asempa FM in Accra prompted the outspoken welfare officer in Ghana football to respond, on Wednesday morning, he went to the Asempa FM studio and made an accusation against Alhaji Akanbi.

“We slept in a hotel which cost Gh¢ 80, Gh¢ 100 and Gh¢ 120 but Alhaji Akanbi inflated the price to the accountant as Gh¢ 200.” The board member of the MTN FA Cup winners’ attitude was revealed by the former welfare officer of the Phobians.

Accra Hearts of Oak have been in the news recently for some negative reasons; the news about the Phobians is not pleasing to the club’s sponsors and supporters, and some supporters want a substantive Chief Executive Officer to lead the team as they prepare for the CAF Confederation Cup.
