The Akufo Addo-led government’s intentions to have a National Cathedral built in the country did not side very well with most Ghanaians. The majority have already expressed their frustrations about the proposal since there are a lot of problems eating up the country.

It is rumored that the President, Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo made a promise to God before he assumed the seat as the president of the country and now, he aims to fulfill his promise by building the National Cathedral irrespective of the numerous sentiments expressed by Ghanaians.

During an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz segment with the ace broadcaster, Andy Dosty, PJKev stated that he would rather focus his attention on constructing more roads for the country than donate to the building of the National Cathedral.

He stated that the infrastructure of Ghana always begins with good roads and he for one has been concerned about the bad roads in the country and would like to have a discussion with some leaders in the country about how to get these roads fixed.

PJKev also stated that his aim has always been to provide clean and potable waters for rural communities in Ghana and some African countries and has already successfully achieved some of these goals and is on the move to accomplish more, hence should he be given an amount of $400 million, he would rather invest in his foundation and fix bad roads in the country than donate it to the building of the National Cathedral.
