It is very important that you have a wild sex drive, especially if you are of age and preferably married. It makes you experienced in the field and get to know more about it. If you are having problem adjusting to the needs of your partner, I hope this would help. Of course, if you are not comfortable about the situation, you can prompt your partner. If you are willing and you both are on the same page, then this article is for you.

-Watermelon:

Times of India says “watermelon improves your erection and increase your libido”. Healthline.com also says that “research has shown that L-citruline, a naturally occurring amino acid, can increase strength and stamina and may also help with maintaining an erection”. Other researchers also say that watermelon contains similar ingredients of Viagra. Here, you should be careful and be mindful of the saying “too much of everything is bad”.

The Guardian also says that “scientists have validated some local foods that can lubricate the vagina, prevent painful intercourse and improve libido in women”

-Apples:

Some research has shown that if you add a little bit of honey to apple, you are good to go. It was proven by an Italian study that women who consumed more than 2 apples a week were more sexually hyped, both in their satisfaction and intimacy’s rate.

-Avocado:

Penn Medicine.com says that “avocados contain the vitamin B6, which some studies show can decrease symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (such as fatigue, bloating and irritability). This makes it easier for women to “get in the mood”. For the men also, it can increase their libido.

Good luck and make sure you have lots and lots of these fruits. Thank you for reading. Kindly share for someone out there to read as well.
