As a journalist, he believes you should be able to criticise your party when it is not moving in the right direction. He said Paul Adom Otchere should not always talk about only the positivity of the government but he should also try to talk about the situation that has put the country in. The hardship and the way things continue to rise in the country.
Captain Smart says he is also an NPP member, but if they do anything wrong, he will criticise them. He said we have a lot of journalists in Ghana who support political parties, but when they go wrong, they criticise them. Paul should also do that. If he can’t do that, then it is better for Paul to resign because he doesn’t know his work. As a journalist, you have to praise the government when they are on the right track, and if they are not on the right track, you have to criticise them.
