Staff of the Ghana Education Service are requested to provide their details for completion of documents for their 2nd Tier Pension benefits. It is vital as it has to do with your pension benefits.
Glico pensions has taken custody of the money from the government. However, your personal details will be needed especially your beneficiaries so that they can pay your lump sum in case of any eventuality. Remember SSNIT would only pay your monthly retirement benefit not your lump sum. All staff are required to download the form and fill.
After filling the forms, the headmaster/ headmistress or any of his or her assistants should endorse it. The endorsed form should be scanned together with your national ID and send to the email on top of the form at the first page.
Once they receive it, they would acknowledge receipt.
