Bawumiah has taken loans for this country but most of these loans have been unaccounted for. And that is not because he has not done a good work as Vice President. But because many people feel they could not put to good use, the loans taken by them. A problem with the Npp government that many people think is why there is this much inflation is the spending.
Peiple feel the monies taken are mistaken for states money and are misused at every opportunity gotten by government. And people spearheading these loan and its use do so for their personal gain. Bawumiah has made a post to his social media a few minutes ago indicating a loan taken and how it was out to good use.
He revealed that this loan which was taken in 2018 was purported to serve as source of funding for the tamale airport. And the loan has done just what it was meant for and he is proud of it.
