You Couldn’t Use The Money For Anything Yet Mahama Utilized It In Building An Ultra-Modern Hospital

One of the significant and considerable reasons many voted for the current President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was his appetite for setting up industries, factories, and ultra-modern edifices to benefit the ordinary tax-paying Ghanaian.

The hopes of seeing these promises into noticeable ones have fallen into the sinking sands of time.

Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa member of parliament for the North Tongu constituency on his Facebook wall has made a significant call on Ghanaians to sit down and carefully ponder on the vast differentiation between Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and that former President John Dramani Mahama.

He cited the current highly controversial building of a national cathedral for both spiritual and economic purposes and how the monies used in this agenda have not been delivered into its perfect state yet huge sums of monies have been invested unto it.

The ranking member on the foreign affairs committee said:

Please think about this: President Akufo-Addo has given Ghana an abandoned bare land with a few excavations for GHS200million; President Mahama gave Ghana the magnificent ultra-modern fully-equipped Shai Osudoku District Hospital for just GHS115million.

The current state of the National Cathedral where GHS200million had been slashed into it.

The ultra-modern fully-equipped Shai Osudoku District Hospital which cost GHS115million.

As a Ghanaian what do you make of this concern being raised by raised the honorable? Do you think the money being used on the cathedral could be channeled into something that will affect the current state of the economy?

Let your views be heard. Thanks
