Okudzeto Ablakwa is a member of parliament who has raised concerns on the money and time the government of Ghana want to use in building the Cathedral. He share on his social media that, “much wealthier economies took a longer period to construct their flagship cathedrals so other critical sectors do not suffer unduly”.
He further detailed out that Washington used eighty two years to build their cathedral. Millan Cathedral was build in a period of 579 years whiles London St. Pauls cathedral used 35 years. Ablakwa said he don’t understand why Ghana wants to use four years to build his cathedral.
