Interesting Days Ahead As Alan And Bawumia Sends Different Messages To The NPP Chairmen Elects

The NPP Presidential primaries promise to be a very competitive one. Immediately after the announcement of the results of the NPP executive elections, many staunch supporters of the Bawumia Agenda began counting their stars since most of these executives will want Bawumia to lead the NPP. Also, people from the Alan side also jubilated over the victory of some NPP Chairmen.

That aside, the two men themselves at separate times, sent some bold messages to the NPP delegates and the NPP executive elects. The Minister for Trade and Industry wrote his congratulatory message first on his Facebook page.

“Congratulations to all our hardworking and devoted party folks who took part in the regional elections over the weekend. You are all victors and I salute your commitment to the party. Let’s forge ahead and work even harder to break the 8 in order to continue developing Ghana in freedom. Long live the NPP! Long live Ghana!”

Dr. Bawumia wrote his congratulatory message three hours after Alan had done his.

“Impressive show of intra-Party democracy so far exhibited by the NPP in the conduct of elections from the polling stations to the regional level. Congratulations to all competing parties. We should be more poised, now than ever, to forge unity for a stronger Party. Even though the contestants may have been on opposing sides, let us all remember that we are one family, the Kukrudu family.”
