Popular Ghanaian-Nigerian actress, Yvonne Okoro has publicly revealed that Ghanaian rapper, Edem is one of her favorite rappers.
The beautiful actress made this known in a recent post she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.
she made was to celebrate the rapper on his birthday on May 20 and sharing a photo of the rapper, she wrote;
“Happy birthday to one of my fav rappers ..God bless you @iamedemgh”
The actress was born to a Nigerian dad and Ghanaian mother, and according to her, she is of mixed lineage and calls herself an African.
She is from Koforidua in the Eastern part of Ghana and so far in her career, she won some awards. She received Ghana Movie Awards Best Actress Award in 2010 and was nominated for Africa Movie Academy Awards Best Actress twice in a row in 2011 and 2012 for her movies Pool Party and Single Six. She has also received four Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards and in 2012 was honored with a Distinguished Achievement Award at the Nigeria Excellence Awards.
Some of her movies include Queen Lateefah, Mother’s love, Beyonce: The President’s Daughter, The Return Of Beyonce, The President’s Daughter, Desperate To Survive, The Game, Agony Of Christ, and Royal Battle.
