Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo has shared his thoughts on what companies look out for when employing people.
According to him, contrary to what most people think about their degrees being enough to get them their preferred jobs, however, that is not the main thing employers look out for.
He shared his thoughts in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
that he made reads;
“I have come to realize that majority of private companies employ people not based on bachelors/masters degrees. They employ based on smartness, attitude, team work, good oral/writing skills, ability to have intelligent conversations etc. Having a degree is just a bonus.”

@SDerigubaa – Exactly, I work with a petroleum company, we operate fuel stations, most of our station managers are SHS Cert holders, we look at who can deliver what we want, not who has the best of Certs!! In fact, some of them even failed their Wassce!! Trust me, they are delivering 💪🏾
