“Hearts of Oak Players in Stable Conditions” – Spokesperson

Public Relations Officer for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has called on supporters to stay calm amidst the widely publicized health issues of the club’s players.

In the past week, 15 key players were reportedly admitted in various health centers across the capital raising concerns over their fitness level for the remaining games in the premier league. “Currently players and officials have been stabilized and conditions have stabled after taking their medications.

He further stressed the club’s anticipated response from the Ghana Health Service to involve recovered players in the ongoing league games. “The health services have conducted some test on the affected players and our doctors have done same. I can tell you that we’re all happy.

“Gradually everybody is getting back, we are only hoping for directives from the health service so that we can get back to training and continue to strategize for the remaining matches.” he noted. Hearts of Oak currently lie 4th in the premier and play home to Karela in their next game.
