They Have Already Shared The Lands-Alleged Last WILL Of NPP’s Sir John Causes Massive Stir

An alleged WILL of the late former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) , Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John who was also the Head of the Forestry Commission has been leaked.

It reads as follows;

d. I give my land also situate at the Achimota Forest in the name of Fasoh Limited and measuring 0.987 acres to my nephews Michael Owusu, Yaw Boadu and Kwabena Amoateng forever.

e. I jointly own a piece of land at Achimota Forest with Charles Owusu.

Upon my demise, my portion of the said land should be given to Ruth Korkor Odonkor.

f. I give my portion of land that I jointly own at the Achimota Forest in the name of DML Limited to Elizabeth Asare Boateng who at the time of making this will is domiciled in the USA forever.

g. I give my land situate at the Ramsar area at Sakumono in the Greater Accra Region and measuring 5.07 acres to my sisters Abena Saah and her children, Comfort Amoateng and her children, Abena Konadu and Juliet Akua Arko and her child on equal share basis forever.

h. I own five (5) plots of land located within the Millennium City Estates, near Kasoa. I give a plot each to the following forever,…

The document has receive reactions. Some people commented that, the politicians are amassing wealth for their families. Some also cried that the politicians have already shared the lands.

Others also said that politics is indeed a lucrative business

Others also have expressed doubt. Some said the stamp on the paper is 2021 but Sir John Died in 2020.

Others also said it’s authentic WILL since it was 2021 which WILL was collected from where it was kept by the family.
