‘How I Write My Songs’

Ghanaian musician, Black Sherif has given an insight into how he writes his songs.

The young and award-winning musician who was born Mohammed Ismail Sherif gave this insight in a recent interview he had with Ghanaian blogger, ZionFelix.

According to him, all he needs is a beat as well as the first two lines of the song, and boom, he has something to share with his fans and other music lovers.

He buttressed this with how he wrote his latest hit single, Kwaku The Traveller. Watch the video below;

Black Sherif was in the news some days ago as Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson revealed how his ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ is a big hit in Nigeria.

It could be recalled that the actress was in Nigeria a few days ago for the wedding of Nigerian actress, Rita Dominic and according to her, almost everywhere she went during her visit to Nigeria had the track being played.

She made this known in a recent post she made on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

she made reads;

“Kwaku the traveller (by. @blacksherif_) was playing nearly every where I went in Nigeria followed by Mansa by @bisa_kdei”
