Accra Hearts of Oaks match against Eleven Wonders postponed to Wednesday.

The phobians were due to clash with Techiman Eleven Wonders on Monday. But following advice from the Ghana Health Service, the match has been postponed to Wednesday to enable them ample time to investigate the sickness bug that attacked the phobian squad during the week. The phobians were left shorthanded before their midweek clash against Gold Stars. The playing body experienced some strange sickness that hospitalised a portion of their first-team squad.

No one knew how the sickness came about. It took them by surprise. Their plea to the GFA to have the Gold Stars game postponed proved futile. But this time around both Hearts and Eleven Wonders were duly notified about the change of date. The match will now be played on Wednesday. The phobians will be hoping to further reduce the gap between them and league leaders Kotoko. The leader’s clash with Ashanti Gold has been postponed. Hearts of Oak are now 3rd on the league table.
