The member of Parliament for Mampong Constituency, Honorable Kwaku Ampratwum has dropped some messages that may seem interesting to the supporters and fans of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Speaking on Neat Fm this afternoon, the MP clearly stated that 65% of MPs who hail from the Ashanti region want Dr. Bawumia as the next flag bearer of the NPP and also the next president of Ghana. He added that there are 43 MPs who are from the Ashanti region and out of this number 65% of them supports Bawumia.
He continued by saying that there are more to come and the 65% will soon increase. This literary means that Alan Kyeremanteng and other presidential aspirants have just a small support from the Ashanti regional MPs.
Speaking about elections, the MP urged party members to put their differences aside and work hard so that the agenda of breaking the eight would be fulfilled.

Could this mean that only few persons representing 35% supports Alan Kyeremanteng and other presidential aspirants. Does Alan Kyeremanteng and Afriyie Akoto have strong supports from MPs in other regions?
