Jojo Wollacott and Swindon Town Have Failed To Secure EFL League 1 Qualification.

Black Stars goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott has failed to progress from EFL League Two with his club Swindon Town FC. The Ghanaian goalkeeper and his team missed out on joining league one after losing 6-5 on penalties to Port Vale in the playoffs which would have seen them leaving the EFL League Two. It was actually 2-2 on aggregate with Swindon Town winning the first leg with two goals to one and Port Vale winning the second leg with a goal to nil.

Unfortunately, he didn’t play in the match as he was on the bench for the full time in that painful loss. After finishing sixth in the season they had a chance to secure a place in the football league one next season but they have failed to do so. Even though he didn’t play he will also be staying in Football League Two which is the fourth-tier in the English football league system.

What we know is that Swindon Town will be playing in the EFL League 2 for another season.
