Honest Taxi Driver Finally Explains Why He Returned The Money To The Lady

As I always say, there’s literally a new story almost every week, but unfortunately most of these stories are really bad and negative, but gladly this week’s trending news is a better one. A taxi driver broke the internet by returning 8,000 to a passenger who forgot her money in his taxi.

We also saw how the woman thanked and blessed him after he returned the money to her.

After that touching scene, this taxi driver broke the internet, and he was rewarded by a lot of people(Vice President Bawumia,Kidi, Asamoah Gyan) in Ghana because people like him are rare to find in such a difficult country.

Days after this incident, Asempa FM decided to interview this driver to get to know his reasons for returning such a huge amount of money that could change his current state.

“I saw the money in my car after closing from work, but after consulting my wife briefly about it, I decided to return the cash.” The simple reason is that I don’t take things that are not mine, “said Issac Ackon (Taxi Driver), explaining what happened before he decided to return the money to its owner on Asempa FM.

According to the driver, he’s been a driver for seven years now and he’s good at returning stuff that he finds in his taxi to its rightful owners, which means this isn’t his first time doing a good deed to a passenger.

He indeed deserves the praise because not everyone will have the nerve to return back such a huge amount of money, and I think the person who shot the video of the scene where he returned the money to the lady should also be given some credit because if that scene wasn’t uploaded on the internet, we wouldn’t have known such a thing happened.

Though we don’t do good things aiming at the internet to see, we should all have a great heart to be honest because it will return to us, but let’s not also forget to always be vigilant and careful because not everyone is honest!
