The general secretary for the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has dropped another sad revelation that may seem surprising to many. Speaking on Okay Fm this morning, Asiedu Nketia showed disappointment in one pastor who called him a drunkard.
According to Asiedu Nketia, he made it clear to the pastors in the country some time ago to desist from partisan politics. He added that pastors can speak and advise politicians but they should stop tagging themselves with one political party and speak against the other.
Asiedu Nketia reveled that one pastor, who happens to be a Presbyterian blasted him and called him a drunkard for making such statement.
This comes after Asiedu Nketia explained his point of view on the recent brouhaha in the country about one Methodist Bishop by name, Bishop Bosomtwi Ayensu. This man of God spoke against John Mahama’s plan to repeal the E-levy when he comes to power. Asiedu Nketia believes that Bishop Ayensu should stop making political statements and do the right thingÂ
