The Kumawood actress ,in forties laid down her Kumawood acting after getting married to a wealthy Chief, Nana Agyemang Badu of Kunsu in the Ahafo region of Ghana. She is currently a film producer and partner with one popular station, Adom online.
Due to her union with the Chief of the Kunsu people, Mercy has to her beck and call the riches of the kingdom, yet Mercy Asiedu prefers to live a simple and economic lifestyle.
