Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has cautioned the general public against a purported Twitter account of his daughter, Farida Mahama.
The twitter account in question which has been operating for some time now seemed the official account of Farida Mahama to many.
However, the former President has issued a disclaimer on the account.
According to Mahama, his daughter does not have a Twitter account.
He said people should ignore and stop following the said account.
Mr. Mahama added that the account is set up by some unscrupulous person and being used to send out tweets in Farida’s name.
Mahama writes;
“My daughter, Farida Mahama, does not have a Twitter account.Â
Kindly ignore and stop following the account in the attached screenshot, set up by some unscrupulous person and being used to send out tweets in her name.”
