Develop Interest In Skills Training And Discard Leaders Who Encourage Violence – Mechanic

The Managing Director of Luqman Engineering Services ,& Training Centre behind the Islamic Senior High School on the Kumasi Bohyen Abrepo – Barekesse road in the Ashanti region, Mr Luqman Mohammed Appeadu has stressed the need for the youth to discard leaders who engage their (youth) services to create violence at the time when such leaders wanted to get favour in positions struggle.

Instead, Mr Appeadu urged the youth to develop interest in skills training to enable them earn their living.

Speaking to the correspondent in an interview Mr Luqman Mohammed Appeadu expressed worry that some leaders of the country have allegedly not been helpful to the future welfare of the youth, expect their children and family members.

Luqman observed that instead of the leaders to use their elderly influences to advise and support the youth to grow up and become responsible future leaders of the country, some leaders allegedly side stepped their mandates and pollute the minds of the youth to do evil in their (leaders) favour.

The mechanic pointed out that the most dangerous factor in the alleged attitudes of some of these leaders are that they always preferred using other peoples’ children to archive their agenda, whilst they protect and take up the security issues of their children and families priority.

Adding, a youth would allegedly accept a peanut from a leader, create violence and die whilst their masters would not even visit their families or bereaved wives.

According to him, it is against this background that hence his call on the youth to treat with contempt those violent leaders who may allegedly call on them to create confusion for money, but instead develop interest in skills training to make earns meet.

In another development Mr Luqman Mohammed appealed to the government to strategize measures to redevelop and structure the Suame Magazine which he said, is currently on the verge of collapse.

Luqman Mohammed indicated that Magazine was formerly known to be a popular industrial hub in West Africa, but today lack of logistics and effective management have made it to loose its popularity to the oblivion.

The mechanic noted that if government intervene towards its revival, it would go a long way to restore not only its fame but also it would help create jobs in the country.
