For decades now Africans have taken the football periphery to the highest level dominating from Europe’s perspective.

And as this season European major trophies are at stake – the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, African players have shown dominance in both finals.

In the Champions League – Real Madrid and Liverpool are set to battle for the bragging right as the European Champions, likewise, in the Europa League final – Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt are the potential Champions.
