Osei Bonsu has confirmed that there will be a rise in fuel price from next week, 9 May going after speaking with the director of industrial relations for GPRTU; his name is Alhaji Abass Imoro.
Alhaji Imoro addressed one information circulating on Citinewsroom publication of a rise in fuel percentage by 30% percent, and it begins on 13th May.
Here’s what he said;
“I never mentioned anything concerning percentage or a specific date the fuel prices are going to increase.”
“Yes, we have written to the transport minister but we haven’t received any response from him on fuel pricing.”
“So yes, I am saying on Authority that, fuel prices will certainly increase from next week.”
