We are not giving up- Vice President Bawumia throws more light on fight against corruption

Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia has made another bold declaration about the government’s decision to continue its fight against corruption. According to him, the government is not willing to give up on this decision any time soon and it will continue to be one of the major objectives of this NPP government.

He elaborated on the fact that, fighting corruption in this country is a very difficult task but the government is very determined on minimizing corrupt activities. He also spoke about some of the measures that the government has put in place to continue this fight.

“This government under President Nana Addo has been very keen on fighting corruption ever since we came to power in 2017. In fact it is of no doubt that the fight against corruption has been very difficult but we still aren’t there yet and we will not give up”.

“We will continue to remain enemies of corrupt activities and we will do all we can to minimize such activities in our country. At the moment, we have put in place several measures to put a stop to corrupt activities and we will do our best to make this dream of fighting corruption a reality ”, he said in a short speech during conference at the Institute of Internal Auditors in Accra earlier today
