[Reactions] I Never Feared For My Life Under Mahama But Now The Danger Is Too Real: Manasseh Azure

Manasseh Azure an astute investigative journalist from the fourth estate investigative firm has made a sounding revelation concerning the published survey that has revealed Ghana has dropped significantly on the world free press index.

Manasseh Azure on his Facebook page mentioned that: I did some of the most daring works in the John Mahama era, and I never feared for my life as today. The danger is real.

His claim has allowed many to share their views on the reality of the matter at hand and how many lives are currently in danger should there try to challenge nor dare to investigate and unravel any fraudulent move by the current Nana Addo-Bawumia led administration.

The comments were pointing to lambasting Manasseh Azure and his investigative piece that primarily did some damage to the popularity of former President John Dramani Mahama. Many also were of the view that he [Manasseh Azure should] brush of pride and humbly apologize to John Mahama respectively.

Here are comments from his post:

• Manasseh Azure Awuni, you were hailed high especially by the current administration when they were in opposition then.

They corroborated almost all their corruption allegations with your works and sounded more authentic to many a Ghanaian because of your roots and its relationship with the John Dramani Mahama administration.

• You’ve hurt many people with your investigative piece, but Northerners are known for betraying their brothers for neutrals to benefit and that was exactly what you did. I respect your works but avoid ‘selective justice’. Wish you well as a brother

• Others have turned into stomach journalists under this regime, others have shown their true color of being ‘Party journalists, while others have kept mute for reasons known to them. You have shown who you are whether party A or party B you are still talking and we are also watching and God is watching.
