Meet The Man Sentenced To Death That Has Degree In Medicine And Surgery

A highly learned neurosurgeon man serving a life sentence has narrated how he ended up behind bars. Dr. Clement was handed a life sentence after he was found guilty of the murder of Moses. Speaking to a local TV station he said he landed in trouble after purchasing a second-hand phone for his daughter from a mortuary attendant.

He was accused of hiring hitmen to kill a rich business man which investigators linked to 45 million benefits. His connection to the murder? A phone stolen from the crime scene that was traced to him, yet he could not lead the police to the person who sold it to him.

On appeal, three of the accused were set free but the rest, were sentenced to hang on December 15, last year. The top doctor’s story which reads like a script borrowed from Holy Wood movie has left many questioning the judiciary standards of law interpretation.

In his case hearing process in the High Court and later found itself in the hands of a ruthless Judge Nicholas who at the Appellate level handed him a death sentence. This took place in 2015 what the judge described as “lack of ability to prove his innocence”.

As of today Dr. Clement is relieved off his duties and now marks his 13th year behind bars for a murder case he knows nothing about. During the hearing, the prosecution called 21 witnesses, among them they testified not to have seen Clement in the scene.
