In fact, during the long “Eid- Fitr and May Day” Holidays, whilst some families were chilling out at parties, beaches and other ceremonies, Facebook was blazing with unforgiving responses from the communication specialist, Bridget Otoo. Readers can reminisce how the Metro TV staff journalist was seriously trolled by some NPP foot soldiers for her E-levy bank alert as these foot soldiers thought she had forged the evidence but this was later verified by some of these foot soldiers and they apologized to her. The Beautiful journalist who posted throughout the holidays admitted she did not know that Facebook was as fun as Twitter . After she had received various satisfying apologies and sweet words, in her own words, she posted that ” So Facebook can be fun like Twitter ”
Many NPP foot soldiers thought the fire had been put off but it is rather unfortunate that Bridget Otoo has released several missiles to finalize her defense. She advised foot soldiers to cross-check their facts before they attach an innocent person like her. She also advised that the NPP government should be blamed for nonperformance and not her. She further exclaimed that the unemployment of some of the foot soldiers should be an issue to look at. In fact, she went ahead to describe the President of Ghana as underperforming and many believe she could have couched it quite better. Is anyone blaming her for the rise in the unemployment rate? Certainly not! So why would she raise such an issue? She was not wary of drawing attention to issues in relation to the drop in the press freedom rankings and requested that NPP foot soldiers should equally not ignore that.
