Fixthecountry converner, Oliver Barker-Vormawor has caused another massive stir, debate and argument among Ghanaians across all social media platform with a post. Oliver Barker-Vormawor, a vociferous community organizer at the #fixthecountry movement, has been demanding the current Government, led by His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwaa Akuffo-Addo, to fix country’s economic woes since time immemorial. Not only does he agitate for the fixing of the country’s economic woes, but criticises the Government both socially and politically. As such, Oliver has revealed another strong message. This follows two controversial incident: after he was detained by the national security for suggesting a coup and the brouhaha exposé involving the editor of loud silience media media, KelvinTaylor, Serwaa Broni and the President of Ghana.
According to him, when the President used the National Security to attack a citizen to retrieve his naked pictures from Serwaa Broni, the media has been quite about it, but after he made a facebook post, “if the shito on my waakye this morning is not a lot, in will do the coup myself”, the media went all out on him and even suggested that Ghana is about to collapse. In the light of this, Oliver questioned, “Is this country a democratic country?”
