The use of ginger, turmeric powder, lime or lemon and honey:

I am sure most of you must know about this remedy already. It is the common and simplest remedy to get rid of belly fat. 

•1 ginger should be okay. 

•The honey of course is to taste. 1/2 teaspoon will just be enough.

•Turmeric helps burn stomach fat, lose weight and reduce bloating.

•You must add this to hot water and take it every morning on an empty stomach and at night before bed. Wait for some minutes after drinking, because as soon as you lie after taking it, you must end up vomiting everything out. 

If you don’t want to reduce your body weight, then it is advisable to take it in without the lime or lemon. And also use a little bit of the turmeric powder.
