Government Is Cutting Salaries Of Appointees, Ghanaians Can Also Make Sacrifices; See Reactions

Ghanaians on social media have reacted massively to the recent comment made by Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, who is the former Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General.

Speaking on The Key Points on TV3 this morning, Joseph Dindiok clearly stated that it is time for Ghanaians to make sacrifices. He explained his point by saying that members of the executive arm of government have reduced their salaries by 30%. He added that Ghanaians should also make sacrifices by leaning from what the executive arm of government did.

“I will like to appeal to workers to make a little sacrifice as the government also cuts salaries of appointees” he said.

“I will urge workers to be circumspect to ensure we don’t take actions that will retrogress us. The best was as workers is to make a little sacrifice as way to contribute” he added.
