Mobile Telecommunication Network in short MTN is informing all their customers on E-levy of 1.5% on every electronic money transfer which will be takes effect from 1st of May, 2022. The levy will be applied on transfers above GHS 100 daily and will be in addition to applicable charges by MTN.
They have started informing their customers about four days ago through SMS.
In a form of;
“Dear Valued Customer, kindly be informed that the E-levy of 1.5% on electronic money transfer takes effect from 1st May, 2022. The levy will be applied on transfers above GHS 100 daily and will be in addition to applicable charges by MTN“
