Asante Kotoko to release 4 players at the end of the season.

Ghana Premier League leaders Asante Kotoko are set to offload some 4 players at the end of the season. Some of them are not getting the playing time they need because the standards at Kotoko are becoming higher. Samuel Appiah, a defender is one of the rumoured players set to be released. He barely featured this season. He took part in only 10 games so far. Solomon Sarfo Taylor is also set to be released. The former Karela United marksman has also featured less this season. He has taken part in only 8 games. Probably he might go back to his former club Karela.

Another player set to be shown the exit door is attacker Evans Adomako who has also failed to get much playing time. He barely featured and has no goal to his name. Defender Patrick Asmah is also set to be released. He has been suspended by the club for the rest of the season for disciplinary issues. He got involved in a heated argument with Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum after their defeat to Legon Cities in Kumasi.
