The annual Africa business conference took place at the Harvard Business School and the speaker of the conference was the former president of Ghana John Dramani Mahama. He shared some secrets during his time as a member of Pan African leaders/president.
According to him, a summit like this was organized and each African country was to present five members and out of the five, there should be a female. Most of the countries provided four men and one woman and it was only Lesotho that surprised him. They presented four women and one man.
Today he is happy to see more women at the Annual Africa Business conference than men. It is a testimony that what men can do women can also do better and they should be given the opportunity.
