Ghanaian singer Raphael Kofi Attachie widely called Camidoh has narrated his experience of being raised by a single mother.
He made this disclosure while speaking in an interview on Cape Coast’s Kastle FM. He revealed that he strode through a beautiful journey under the care of her single mother who was a teacher at OLA girls.
He wrote;
“It was still a beautiful journey for me and my mum was a teacher at OLA girls so I was raised partially at the bungalow in the girls’ school,”
He continued, “Mum was like doing her best and tried to make sure I get the necessary education so that I will be able to fit in or handle myself in life”.

Life, according to the ‘For My Lover’ singer, wasn’t as tough as many assumed, but he did had to do some petty dealing at one point to help his mother feed him.
He told Amansan Krakye, “I don’t think life was as difficult as people thought it was and at some point, I had to do certain things to support my mum to be able to support my education,”
“For example, I sold sobolo and it was right for me to support my mum and it was a beautiful journey from infancy to date and I still love my mum,” he ended on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
In other news, Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo widely called Sarkodie has asked that diplomatic passports should be given to African artists.
His claims suggest that the government should provide diplomatic privileges to artists because they also contribute to putting the country out there to the world. He believes it shouldn’t be a hassle for artistes to go outside their homeland to spread the good news about their country.

She disclosed this on Saturday, April 23, 2022 while talking to the media in Paris as the ‘Accra in Paris’ concert draws near.
He said;
“ I don’t have to hustle trying to go spread the good news about my own country. As artists, we are also ambassadors who sheen more light on our country, and need to own diplomatic passports so it will be easier for artists when traveling.”
