Bayern Munich is one of the best clubs in Germany and Europe at large. They are six time winners of the most prestigious club competition in Europe, the UEFA Champions League. The club has one of the best quality of players in the whole of Europe. The likes of Robert Lewandowski, Serge Gnabry, Joshua Kimmich, Alphonse Davies and many others are all in the team.
Despite the quality of the squad, the club couldn’t manage to find a place in the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League as they were knocked out by Villareal. This has called for reforms at the club.
The club has made it clear that they want to let go of some of their players. Some will be out of contract in the summer. Others will also be made available on the market, though, their contracts are still valid. On that note, Marcel Sabitzer, former RB Leipzig captain has been made available for €15m for interested clubs.
