The family of Wahiga Mwaura is in mourning following the death of their kin identified as Gathoni Mwaura.
Gathoni was a younger sister to Wahiga Mwaura who is a bews presenter at Citizen TV. The news was announced by Joyce Omondi, Wahiga’s wife via her Instagram page.
“I have begun and erased this first sentence more times than I can count because I feel numb and speechless. It’s incredibly difficult trying to accept that our tender-hearted, witty, beautiful little sister, Gathoni, is suddenly no longer with us. Never had we imagined such a loss.
Oh Lord, we fix our eyes on You. Our risen King, only You, your unfailing love and sufficient grace are the answer to this pain and sorrow,” she wrote.
Gathoni had graduated with a master’s degree (MSc in Education) from Derby University in the United Kingdom in 2020.
May soul her rest in peace.
