Rick Ross Mentioning Your Favorite Doesn’t Mean Other Artists’ Careers Are Dead

A radio presenter at YFM and brand influencer Kojo Manuel has lambasted some social media users who have been mocking other artists after Rick Ross gave a shout-out to Kwesi Arthur and Black Sherif.

In the early hours of yesterday, a video popped up on social media where renowned American rapper, William Leonard Roberts II known widely in showbiz as Rick Ross was seen hailing the two Ghanaian young artists Kwesi Arthur and Black Sherif.

In the video, he gave a shoutout to several African musicians and as he was acknowledging the hard work of these artists, he mentioned the names of Black Sherif and Kwesi Arthur.

This shoutout from the top American artist caused mixed reactions on social media. A lot of people on social media hailed Black Sherif and Kwesi Arthur while throwing hades at other artists.

However, the radio presenter has lambasted social media users for using the opportunity to mock other artists. He stated that the fact that other artists were not mentioned does not mean they are not doing well or have dead careers.

“Rick Ross mentioning your faves and not mentioning others doesn’t mean their careers are dead. Act like you got some sense chale.” he tweeted.
