Kgakoa secondary school is rulled by death as consecutive deaths have been reported at school since the opening of school pupil continue to die.
Since the opening of school four death has been reported at Moletjie scondary school at Ga-Ramongoane which left learners and parents concerned
Other learners approach the near by media news and reported their concerned about the death.
While parents fumed in fear about the safety of their children at this scondary school.demanding department of basic education to intervene in the matter by closing the school instead.
Interviewing same of the school learners in numbers They told us that they also want intervention from the community, Department of Education and others since they consider it as a serious matter.
The also added that school should be closed for a while,this death had lead to fear of attending school.
We procceded to interview the Department of baisc of education spoke person in limpopo,Tidimalo Chuene said
” Death is a natural occurances and yes it is true that there are number of death cases reported not only in Capricorn district but the whole province. What we can indicate is that these people have passed on and this is not in anyway related and there should not be anything alarming”.
Trauma consouling will be provides to the school.
Tidimalo Chuene add that, “It is not a pandemic or anything,death occure any why and it is important learners to understand that these things happen, however we do take this matter very seriously.
Tidimalo also say that they as the departmant of basic education the will engage with district directors to make sure that as this happened, they mobilize partners and the social development to provide the necessary trauma counselling and other support as a solution the existing fear and trauma among school learners and parents.
