According to an official report from the South African Police Services (SAPS), 2 cash in transit suspects were killed by the police, 2 more suspects have been taken into police custody, and an unspecified number of other suspects reportedly escaped after a deadly shootout with the police following an attempted cash in transit heist in Delmas.
