Now that the ruling party is no longer delivering services as well as it used to, South Africans deserve to know exactly why. It’s because a lot has changed since some of the leaders left the presidency position and some of the ANC members who are now accused of misusing state funds took over.
Several issues that had been overlooked by the party’s leaders are now being addressed by former South African President Thabo Mbeki. As a result, the former president has slammed some of the country’s current leaders for not delivering services as well as they used to.
Thabo Mbeki, the former president of South Africa, has been rumored to have wreaked havoc on the leadership of the ANC since he rejoined the party. As a result of some of the leaders making a lot of promises during the most recent local government election, the party he represents has been damaged.
A top-secret reason why Cyril Ramaphhosa should never be the president of the African National Congress again is revealed by Thabo Mbeki. Ramaphosa should never be allowed to lead again because of the alleged investigation into the misuse of state funds, which could have a negative impact on the party in 2024.
Ramaphosa must be given a chance to lead again, even if some leaders like the Limpopo premier and chairperson Stanley Mathabathe ordered it. On the 8th of January, he made this statement at the 87th ANC provincial celebration in his province.
