When South Africa went for the local government elections, the ANC did not think that the outcome would be so dier for them. They thought that people would have sympathy for them and keep them in power but that was not the case. They lost in Gauteng. All the Metros in Gauteng are now under the leadership of the DA and one can safely say that the DA is doing some work. They have started with those who have not been paying for electricity and they did a lot of power disconnections.
Mzwandile Masina was one of the people who had to move out of his office after the ANC did not win and he was no longer the mayor of Ekurhuleni. We know that it was not easy for the ANC to accept that they have been defeated they had no choice but to accept. However, it looks like they have not really accepted.
ANC officials have any been concerned about tenders as we know that they are very corrupt when it comes to tenders. It looks like tenders might just be scrapped by the courts and this is making some of the ANC members breathe by the wounds when they have to think that they will no longer get the tendering money that easily.
According to the former mayor of Ekurhuleni Mzwandile Masina, the courts have now effectively implemented the resolution of EFF of scrapping public tenders and this has been confirmed by treasury and it is not a good feeling for the ANC
Mzwandile Masina is now calling for the ANC to act on this matter before it is too late. He believes that this will temper with service delivery, but one can also ask which service delivery he is talking about because that service delivery is a luxury to the people of South Africa. Many people had a lot to say about this matter as they say those businesses that were doing tenders will now have to close down since they won’t have a job anymore. More people will be unemployed adding to the major problem that we already have in the country of unemployment.
So the Courts have effectively implemented the @EFFSouthAfrica resolution of scrapping public tenders as confirmed by @TreasuryRSA correspondence. How would goods and service be sourced 😅😅😅😅😅😅. @MYANC please take this up before it’s too late.
