Man get strangled and robbed by two suspect outside Vanin Court Hillbrow Johannesburg. These gangs are running amok in this area for a long time. I’m the city of Johannesburg.
The victim was spotted walking alone according to the footage it alleged that the gang take advantage of individuals that walk alone in the late hours.
According to the footage video one the suspect made a move and grabbed the victim and choked him and the other suspected searched the victim. Took his phone and wallet. After being choked for a few minutes he nearly passed out or blacked out and feel on the ground.
The suspect released his when he fell and he was able to breathe properly again, the suspect flee and left the the victim.
When walking in the area of Hillbrow night or day, just try to avoid walking alone because the gang usually pray on people whom are walking around alone.
According to the information given Hillbrow area is not safe to walk around it doesn’t matter if it is early or late hours. When you get robbed people pass like nothing is happening. They don’t bother to assist. Just like the victim who was robbed a group of people was passing by but never bothered to help him.
It is advisable to carry something that you will be able to defend yourself with in Hillbrow at night, if not just avoid walking alone and walk in groups.
