It is believed that the suspects were perpetrating criminal activities before they were apprehended by the community members and severely beaten up to such a point where their clothes were torn off from their bodies and they were left with their underwear, however before they were taken away by the police services they said that they were going to come back.
Which should be interpreted as a threat against the community members and judging from the fact that the suspects have been terrorizing these community members they should not be taken lightly, so it’s still amazing that the police did not react in any way which would show that the suspects are going to be punished further for saying whatever they were saying – for making that threat.
This is basically community justice where members of the public have grown tired of the suspect and their criminality to such an extent where they are taking it into their own hands and beating the suspects for committing all these criminal activities, however the police have been telling members of the public to refrain from such activities.
From taking matters into their own hands because it is punishable by jail time and it is just fortunate that this suspects are not killed otherwise the police would have had no choice but to apprehend some members of the public, charge them for manslaughter which can carry sentence up to 20 years in jail.
Members of the public always encourage members of the public who might have information that could lead to the arrest of suspects who are involved in criminal activities to come forward and give that information, so that the perpetrators of crimes can be brought to justice and members of the public should stay away from taking matters into their own hands because it is very easy to kill individuals.
