Mzwandile Masina, who is the former Ekurhuleni City mayor and is also a prominent member of the African National Congress appears to have posted a tweet which, by all indications, seems to have managed to grab the attention of the ANC veteran and member of the National Executive Committee Tony Yengeni.
Well, Mzwandile Masina shared a tweet which, on a closer examination, shows a picture of an article which was talking about an ANC member who was suspended. According to the information which can be seen on the picture which Mzwandile Masina has shared, the ANC has suspended Amathole regional secretary Terris Ntuthu.

And the suspension of Terris Ntuthu comes after it emerged that the South African National Prosecuting Authority reinstated his fraud and corruption case against him. The well-known ANC politician, then went on to assert that the era where organizations like NPA and SIU will be used to threaten them as they try to contest a political space has arrived. And Tony Yengeni after he saw a tweet of Mzwandile Masina simply responded by telling Masina that “The ANC needs to be saved not renewed”.

It must be remembered that the ANC will be having its elective conference somewhere around December this year. And it would be interesting to see how things unfold.
