Aka dragged for his statement about men and mental health

Aka dragged on Twitter for his statement about men. Following the death of Ricky Rick, AKA shared how men deal with depression and he encouraged the men of South Africa to get help and speak about their issues.

Not everyone received the message kindly. When Anele Mdoda posted Aka’s statement, people on Twitter went crazy. They said that AKA should not be speaking about women and mental health because he didn’t help his girlfriend Nellie. They called him abusive and toxic. People even brought up Zinhle and Bonang.

However many people really just understood the message that he was trying to get across, people said the message is sincere and honest. Others said this is why Most people do not speak about mental health because theres ways haters waiting to drag them. They said the post was warm and positive.
