8 CIT Criminals Including Zimbabweans Shot Dead While 8 Were Injured During Shootoit With Cops

Cash In Transit Heist have become pretty crimes in South Africa, we hardly ever go a single day without reading about a cash van that was Blown somewhere in this country, every second day, there is a case that is all over the news where cash transporting van security officials have been shot at after a van was crashed into by a car as they force it off the road, the government seem to have no idea on how they can deal with all this and it is happening day in day out, but the cops ahve made a big break through on Monday as they managed to intervene and stopped a heist.

The members of the South African Police Services have made a huge break through on Monday as they stopped a possible heist and some of them are currently injured and admitted at the hospital after they were shot during the gun fight.

According to a Tweet by Yusuf Abramjee, a gun fight ensued when the police confronted a gang of Cash In Transit Heist suspects who were about to carry out yet another heist, eight members of the gang are currently dead and eight more were injured together with two cops, the police also seized seven riffles and give suspected highkacked vehicles were also seized.

“Two police chopper crew members injured. 8 dead, 8 arrested. Some of the gang members are from Zimbabwe, KZN and one from Botswana. 7 AK’s seized. Also, five hijacked/stolen vehicles confiscated,” the Tweet reads.

On the Video, loud gunshots could be heard down the street as members of the public run to different directions to take cover, people had to run as fast as they could to run away to safety,
