Zimbabwe recorded 194 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday. This represented a decrease in regard to the daily infections . It is good to note that the daily infections for all the provinces dropped to below 100 in each province . The highest number of new cases although they were less tha 100 . Masvingo recorded the highest number of new infections , with 61 new cases .
Mashonaland East was the second highest , with 51 new cases . A number of provinces recorded less than ten Covid-19 cases on Saturday . There was Buawayo that recorded the lowest new Covid-19 cases , having only 2 new cases . Harare had the second lowest new Covid-19 positive cases that were recorded , having only three new cases . Matabeleland North (4) , Mashonaland Central (5) and Matabeleland South (8) were some of the provinces that recorded less than ten new Covid-19 cases .
