Sethu Ntoni has been working out to get a different look, and she is happy with the results at the moment. She is not happy sure of the body size that she wants to have at the moment, but she is just happy with the positive results. It is really a good experience for her, and it gives her what she wants.
From social media, she is getting all the praise, but one person thought that she is looking better even if she does not exercise. Even though she is being told if she was not exercising, it would not have been not a problem. She is not listening to the advice because she wants her most desirable body size.

When people are not happy with their size, they are trying to lose weight, and they are doing it differently. Someone will choose to go for banting while the other person will have his or her diet changed and go to the gym on a regular basis. As long as you get your desired results, you can choose what will work for you best.
She is having tremendous results, and she has to maintain the lively body size. She cannot work very hard to lose weight and then, at the end, she does not maintain it. It would have been a waste of time and there are many other people who are looking forward to the wonderful outcome.

It means they are looking up to her and it is no longer just about her. Those who have found inspiration or motivation to also lose weight would lose interest in losing weight. It would not be the same after having her desired results. She would have less pressure and get used to the routine.
Keeping the routine is nice when you are happy and having a different look than the one you had before. By the end of the year, she will have a different look, or at least one better than the one she had at the beginning of the year. She is doing very well and is continuing to encourage others to have a great outcome.
What are your thoughts!
