Ahead of the March 17th, 2022 swearing-in ceremony of the Governor-elect of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, there may be necessity for the elected Governor to revisit his prioritised list of projects that he would embark on, once he is sworn in and assume office as the Executive Governor of the state.

Although, the Anambra State Governor-elect, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has identified a community in the state where he will begin work immediately after swearing in. He cited Okpoko, a slum community, very close to Onitsha, saying the dwellers of the cited community deserve to live in a more decent environment than its present state.
Yes, the Governor-elect in Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, may considerably have feeling for the good people of Okpoko, a community I have personally been to, but there are more human oriented issues that carry more priority than the issues raised by the Anambra State Governor-elect, Prof. Soludo, about the Okpoko Community.

1 Onitsha Main Market Leadership Tussle

Although, Anambra State seems to be the economic hub of the Southeastern part of Nigeria, but Onitsha may sincerely be identified as the economic soul of the East, considering the fact that the whole of Anambra State rely on Onitsha as their commercial headquarters.
Then, if this remains valid and considerate, the leadership tussle facing the Onitsha Main Market in Anambra State may need to be given priority by the Governor-Elect, Prof. Soludo, once he is sworn in as the Executive Governor of the State.
The leadership tussle facing the market should be, holistically, resolved, once and for all so that the leadership crisis would not affect the state and the region, in it’s entirety.
2 Monday Sit-At-Home Order

Take it or leave it, peace is indispensable for any Society that really want progress, Anambra State is never in exemption to this logic.
I mean, the Sit-at-Home order and the incessant security threats that characterize the order and the perpetrators of this order may need to be given an holistic solution by the administration of Prof. Charles Soludo once he is, formally, inaugurated.
3 Mkpuru Mmiri Menace Among Igbo Youths

Methamphetamine Hydrochloride is popularly known as ‘Mkpuru Mmiri’ in the southeastern part of Nigeria, where it is being abused by the youths. It is a designer drug often made in illegal labs from inexpensive chemicals found in drugs, such as ephedrine and pseudoephedrine; it is sold in the form of powder, tablets, crystals and rocks.
This drug abuse is affecting all the five Igbo States and Anambra State may be, considerably, more affected because of the economic proficient of the State.
Sincerely, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo may be expected to do everything possible within the ambit of his political capacity to put this menace under control in Anambra State.
Mkpuru Mmiri is a menace against the future of the youths. Fight against Mpkuru Mmiri needs to be given an excellent priority, once Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo is sworn in, as the Executive Governor of Anambra State.
Arguable though, there is no community in Anambra State, Okpoko, that is not being affected by these identified social economic issues, which may threaten the political stability in the state, if not being given an administrative priority by Prof. Charles Soludo after his inauguration as the Executive Governor of Anambra State.
